He has spent the last 25 years working with both municipal and investor-owned utilities across the United States and Canada to improve performance and enhance services.Prior to joining SLWC and HomeServe\, Jeff spent 18 years as Executive Vice President of Business Development working for a global municipal/utility automation and equipment manufacturing company. Jeff received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado. \nJohn SavoiaSenior Policy AdvisorCity of Hamilton \nJohn currently holds the position of Senior Policy Advisor with the City of Hamilton in the Corporate Services Department. He has over 32 years of broad finance experience in both the private and public sectors including the past 16 years with the City of Hamilton. During his tenure with the City\, he has supported the City’s water utility from a budgeting/policy perspective.
