Jeff received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado. \nJohn SavoiaSenior Policy AdvisorCity of Hamilton \nJohn currently holds the position of Senior Policy Advisor with the City of Hamilton in the Corporate Services Department. He has over 32 years of broad finance experience in both the private and public sectors including the past 16 years with the City of Hamilton. During his tenure with the City\, he has supported the City’s water utility from a budgeting/policy perspective.
